ABOUT
About
I am currently a Mpharm student at Liverpool John Moores University. My volunteer experience includes assisting within a variety of hospital units at Lakeridge Health Oshawa; including the breast assessment centre and cancer centre. Volunteering at Lakeridge Health has provided me with a greater understanding and insight on efficiency and accessibility for positive health outcomes.
My leadership skills have been demonstrated and enhanced through my position as President for Ontario Tech University’s club Health Speaks. Health Speaks works towards spreading awareness of the social determinants of health and strives to promote a healthy and equal care community.
I aspire to make a contribution to our society by assisting in minimizing barriers in healthcare.
As a part of maxSIMhealth research team, I began my pathway towards this goal and continue doing so as I pursue my master's degree
